PRANAYAM

                    Me and my son went to see the movie premam, while returning my son said ama premama is so beautiful  expression of a good human. I said yes. Its really beautiful expression to be in love he asked me, i nodded. Then i saw him in deep thoughts and smiling to himself.

                  Then he continued " Ama my teacher preethy madame is so beautiful, the way she talks ,the way she treats people, the way she smiles the way she gets angry, everything about her is beautiful." Initially like every mother i thought what is my son telling. Then as i smiled and i was conceptualizing what he said i understood what he said. He was meaning that this particular human-being gave him a high positive feeling  about the total expressions of the persons interactions and being.

               If you look at lord Krishna, the 3 characteristics in him are

• Anandalahari
• Premalahari and 
• Soundaryalahari

                      It is our birthright to enjoy joy, premam and soundaryam. We are spiritual beings born human is what i believe. We have the right to be in joy, premam and enjoy beauty being a human . Another person can influence us positively, but we should not allow the negativity to defeat the KRISHNA IN US. 

    THEN came my sons next intelligent question " Ama do you still have pranayam to Bava ?( My husband-Rajeev krishna ). I said yes. But you differ with him in so many opinions ,especially the way his family tortures you and he is so silent about it. I said " Rishiraj mahi i have duty also with pranayam, that i say no firmly to certain things to your father ,which stand against my Vision, mission and values  and  has got nothing to do with my pranayam for Rajeev Krishna" My son just hugged me and said " Ama i love you, you rock".I said  " Rishi life is too short to hate people and too beautiful to be stupid, without doing our duty!!!

"

               I told pranayam is a beautiful feeling Rishirajmahi in nature inside and outside you. Accept the pranayam and dont forget your duties too. he gave me a naughty smile. I am sure he is going to rock in pranayam, along with his duties.!!! After all my output of pranayam Rishirajmahi is going to make his life more beautiful in pranayam. I was in pranayam, i am in pranayam and i will always continue in pranayam till i die, its my birth right.

TOUGHNESS TRAINS US TO BE PREPARED FOR THE ULTIMATE-DEATH

               " Last week was a tough week for me at , work" I told Rajeev krishna, my husband. I think according to horoscope my time is little bad, i am being blamed at work for things i have not done. I expected a consoling dialogue from my husband. As i  was patiently waiting for a good consoling dialogue from my husband, he shocked me by his answer.
      He replied very softly and firmly  " Priya Sivadas you know Gandhiji was killed and Subash chandra bose was treated very badly, they were great people who did so much of sacrifices for the country, com-on if they can go through bad times, shutting their mouth, why cant you???? In life sometimes when our time is bad  and people treat us badly we might have to just go through it!!!!" NOW THIS MADE ME THINKING.

                          
                     Though  i thought my god what happened to my childhood friend and husband Rajeev Krishna, thought about the words that he said. Very true when life is tough some times when people treat us badly we have to be silent and just pray!!
                                  Then i spoke to my mother my state of mind and also told her that i have enough proof with me to spoil the life of the person who is troubling my life and she replies " Priya, don't treat people badly, because they treat you badly.  Just relax leave it to nature and god. The person who troubles you also has a family, how bad would the family feel if they know the truth?" I asked " Ama so you don't feel bad the person treats your daughter badly? " She replied " Priya , i am 62 years in this world, i trust god to that heights in my life , those who do bad are answerable to god and nature, let us not waist our life correcting and humiliating others, focus on your duty and the moments of life , i am happy the way my daughter is, and i trust completely that she is protected. The tough times you go through in life will teach you to be more humble and closer to god, and also make you realize, how you should handle Power,Position and money , when it comes to you"

                      
                                                       I really felt lucky that i am surrounded by a great husband and a wonderful mother, who is accepting the life as it is. And trust the nature and reality so much. I think these two people ,prevented me from taking revenge on a person who troubled me so much unethically. Some times the love, care and courage we get from home makes a real sense to awaken the wisdom to live in a enlightening manner. Life is more than Position, Power and Money, if you have these and still you have to destroy another human to be happy then who are U?

              So i am learning the grace of the toughness of life and learning to accept it, trusting nature!!

    The tougher the life the stronger we become,  when we react against the wrong things our legs may be washed away for a moment, that is okay. If we don't dare in life , then our identity will be lost for ever, hence dare to react when injustice happens, even if you are alone. Retain your identity and individuality, don't die everyday, live every day and die once bravely!!!

WOMAN - LADIES OF THE WORLD ,PLEASE " BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE"

LADIES OF THE WORLD ,PLEASE " BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE" I JUST SAW THIS PROVERB IN A ADVERTISEMENT TODAY!!!  , and this blog came in my mind!

Woman we are powerful we play different roles in life, especially as a daughter, sister, wife and mother!!!
 All about a WOMAN ..

When she is quiet,
millions of things are
running in her mind
When she is not arguing,
she is thinking deeply

When she stares at you
she is wondering
why she loves you so much

in spite of being taken for granted.
When she calls you everyday,
she wants to know how you are doing.

When she Sm's you everyday
she wants you to reply at least once

When she says I love you, she means it
When she says I miss you,
no one in this world can miss you more than her

When she says I will stand by you,
she will stand by you like a rock

Ladies are always special
She is said to be the 8th wonder
She is always a priceless treasure

Never hurt her or take
her wrong or for granted..

               We need to develop as more wonderful lady's at work and society also. A woman is known for her wisdom, grace and love. Let us use that at work and the development of the people around us, the country and the world. My dear women out there ,please don't compromise on your values and culture of the growth in the professional life or status. We should never compromise on our values, we need to be soft , firm and strong. 

     Life is only once face the challenges strongly. Be firm when you have to , people may call it arrogance, but you need to be clear about what you do. Stand up, even if you are alone for your rights, don't allow the goddess and the goodness  inside you die everyday!!Please

TRUST THE GOD INSIDE YOU

                                       I was going through a confusion at the work place. As i was relaxing on the problem a friend told me : " Priya if you feel you are right surrender to the nature and leave the rest to god" .though i was angry after doing this i could accept the reality and be my true self.

     On the process of learning more about me and the conceptualizing the the problem i was in i learn few lessons:
1) How much ever knowledgeable we humans are we don't decide the sunrise or sunset or tsunami!

2) What you give you will get back.

3) Never use the  power or position you have to manipulate only your self growth.

4) When problems come beyond your control or understanding , surrender to nature trust in god.

5) Nature has a plan for us, trust that.

 6) At times silence is the best tool.

7) If people mysteriously comes to help ,you when you are in a problem , that is the NATURE'S SIGNAL THAT SHE IS THERE FOR YOU!!!!


                      As  i was thinking of all this i reached my dance class today after my morning walk. I love dancing my way out especially when i am so focused with nature.Suddenly , i saw a baby lying near the lap of my  lady who is 3 months old burst to laughter, looking at the dance. I felt beautiful and wonderful looking  at that innocent beautiful creation of god. An i wondered if energy is communication, and weather we humans are really blessed to speak without words to this level. My new area of research COMMUNICATION WITHOUT WORDS!!!!!. Trusting the god inside me to face problems and grow beyond problems for a greater reason of life.TRUST FRIENDS TRUST THE GOD INSIDE YOU!!!

LOVE IS LOVE ONLY!!!!

This valentine day I wanted to share the simple experience that only if we love ourselves best, we can love others. We did not choose our parents and the external environment when we were born, and we cannot choose our natural death also.  Hence we all bow to a greater force of life called nature or god both inside us and outside us.

                        I have really worked hard and struggled a lot in life, to live with integrity, love and happiness.  Today I trust I am successful in life for success for me, is living beautifully the moment of life. Success is different for every individual, never compare yourself with others and feel sad.

                             With life experiences I have learnt that I can change only one individual in this earth and that is ME, not even my husband or son. I am truly an inspiration to my family and many people by the way I live.  BUT I BECAME MUCH HAPPIER WHEN I STOPPED TRYING TO CHANGE ANYBODY AROUND ME. And every time I accepted myself as I am I became happier and calmer in life.

                             “Love is to be given and shared”. This lesson was taught by my grandmother to me, but every time I loved sincerely and honestly I was also cheated and hurt badly, long back.  TODAY people CAN HURT only for the moment NOT LONGER FOR I CHOOSE NOT TO BE HURT-ED. LOVE AND LET GO, AND I DID LEARN A BEAUTIFUL LESSON IN LOVE JUST LOVE ,EVERYTHING IS ALIVE ONLY FOR THE MOMENT OF LIFE!!! . I DO MY KARMA AND LOVE THE MOMENT OF LIFE NOW. It’s so relaxing and enlightening to live like that.

     Life is so unpredictable, anything can happen anytime to us and to people whom we love and to the environment.  This consistent thought helps us to forgive and forget. Train your Body, Mind and Spirit, to live the moment of life doing your duties and living a life of gratitude. What else can we do? This life is too short to be negative. Fill your life with love and care, and I am sorry anywhere if I have knowingly or unknowingly hurt you.

GURU- A wonderful experience of life which younger generations are missing in experience!!!

                  The  experience for having guru in life is really mysterious than wonder for it's just like having a god to relate with. As my mentor says the first guru are our parents, but we need to think genuinely weather we reach to the level of a guru for our children, but if we can then that is the greatest gift we can be for our children to be their  GURU!!!! .Of all the trainings i got from my mentor the best one was to be an enlightened mother, the experience is the magical turning point of a woman if she is tuned with nature. Thankyou Dr,Prasad Sundararajan.

                       Just like the training for the Spirit and the Mind the training for the body is also as important. The bharathanatyam and mohiniyattam, trained me in yoga and grace. More than the dance the linkage with the guru entity MRS Kalamandalam Mani teacher is a real wonderful experience. I also remember all the teachers from the pre-school to today who has been great linkages in my being in the MAGICAL MOMENTS OF MY LIFE----THANKYOU ALL!!!.

                                                   I still remember an accounts professor's experience during my MBA times. I joined for my MBA after my B.sc Community science, i loved business  and management but not ACCOUNTS!!!!!!!!!!!!. I just could not conceptualize that  subject. Our accounts teacher was very strikt but very spiritual person.
                                     Once during the time of the sabarimala season he was in sabarimala fast i waited for him outside the class. I explained to him, my situation. I told him, "Sir i genuinely don't want to hurt you scoring this low marks, but i am trying hard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The subject account does not enter my head, BUT I HAVE TO GET MY MBA, to make my dreams of greater things in life for the world to come true. " I STILL REMEMBER  THAT DAY I JUST CAUGHT HIS FEET  ---HE JUST LOOKED INTO MY EYES AND TOLD, KEEPING HIS HAND ON MY HEAD, MY BLESSINGS ARE THERE WITH YOU ,YOU WILL CLEAR THIS PAPER, I PROMISE YOU. I wont scold you again for from your eyes i understand the honesty of your spirit. I remember that moment when i sensed those blessings!!!!!, i bless you to be a great person were his last words to me  .

                              I cleared my ACCOUNTS!!!and was selected as the best outgoing student by  Birla 3m HR.Vice president Selvam George. I still remember those days. 
     The destiny has made us unique and wonderful.

To understand those mys tries of our magics , we need to be humble and surrendered to our own spirits first!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Without the linkages of our own guru's in our life's and their blessings we wont find the magic!!!!!

SIMPLICITY-Simple actions and simple things and the mystery of beauty of wonder and beauty in them!!!

                                                 This picture actually reminded the beauty of the mystery around the simple things of  life. In the speed of life don't miss the simple beautiful things around!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

A small flower can add beauty to the whole room, i have seen that most of the time the creative photographers are so sensitive to these beautiful things around. The speed of life with the designations and salaries and E Mi's we forget to REALLY SEE THESE  magical things around us!!!!! We forget to appreciate the magical small actions of people around us, we forget to thank the little small things around us???Why???

My mentor taught me long back" Do small things beautifully, for many small things make a big thingg" --Thank-you Dr.Prasad Sunderarajan for this great learning!!!

                     The mystery of life is in the details, focus on the details my metor taught me, the rest of the magic will happen naturally he said. Then it sounded funny to me twenty years back, but today i understand that magic sir.

    Even in relationships if the simple things are appreciated that's were love happens!!! Watch out for the simple things and simple people, a lot of magic with these simple things and simple people. But they don't care about the magic, that's the mystery about simplicity . Let us learn this magic from nature!!!!
